I help divorced women who have reclaimed their independence after abuse build unshakeable self-confidence and design a thriving, purposeful life full of joy, healthy relationships and adventure.

My Story

The warmth of the July sun played on my shoulders as I stood by the river near Hampton Court. It was my wedding day, July 26th, 2014, and I felt radiant. Alive. Certain I was stepping into a life of laughter, trust, and shared adventure.

I held his hands as we exchanged vows, leaves rustling above, river humming beside us. My heart swelled with gratitude. For the first time in a long time, I felt seen.

But within weeks, everything changed. Two weeks into the marriage, during an argument, he looked at me and said:

“You’re my wife now. I’m entitled to…”

In that moment, the illusion shattered. The love-bombing and partnership I had felt gave way to control, gas-lighting and silence used as punishment. My nervous system collapsed into survival mode. And I felt broken.

Quote

I stayed longer than I should have; not because I wanted to, but because I didn’t know who I was anymore.

Eventually, I left.

And though leaving freed me, it also broke me wide open. After the divorce, I spent over a year in the same house until it sold - a daily reminder of all I had lost. When the keys were finally handed over, I packed my bags and went north, to reconnect with family.

But before that next chapter began, I gifted myself a month in Goa. There, beneath coconut palms and sunny skies, my soul began to whisper again. A wise teacher guided me through trauma release, holding me without judgement. For the first time, I felt safe in my body. That month cracked open the beginning of my healing.

The years that followed became a journey of unbecoming and remembering.

  • I walked 100km to raise money for mental health, reclaiming my voice.

  • I stopped numbing my pain with alcohol.

  • I turned to barefoot walks, sound healing, reiki, nourishing food, and sacred daily rituals.

  • I listened deeply to my intuition.

  • I began to trust joy again.

And slowly, I felt proud. Proud not just of my degrees, my career, or my travels, but of the woman I was becoming. A woman who could hold space for others. A woman unafraid to be seen.

Today, I coach divorced women who have reclaimed their independence after abuse yet still long for something more.

The women I work with are tired of bending, shrinking, or second-guessing themselves. They’re ready to reset their nervous systems, reclaim their voice, and step into a life that feels deeply aligned, joyful, and free.

Because if I’ve learned one thing, it’s this:

Your pain doesn’t define you - it refines you.
You are not broken. You are becoming.

So, if you’re ready to reclaim your story, I’d be honoured to walk beside you.
